Our approach
At Partum, we believe that all parents and birthing people deserve evidence-based, personalized education and support while navigating the transition to and through parenthood. Together, we work to honor your individuality and uplift your voice, empowering you to inform the unique care you receive throughout your parenthood journey.
Care, anywhere
As a new or expectant parent, shouldn’t care come to you? That’s why most of our offerings are completely virtual– we’ve got you covered with services via video, phone, chat, and email.
Bringing the support and empowerment every parent needs into the comfort of their home with accessible, virtual services.
Meet our Founder
Stephanie Pappas-Hudelson, BSN, RN, IBCLC
Stephanie (she/her) has spent her professional life caring for vulnerable and critically-ill infants, children, and their families in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) and children’s hospitals across the US. After welcoming her daughter in 2020, she was surprised to find that her years of professional knowledge had not fully prepared her for the profound changes that characterized her own motherhood journey. Through her struggle to find and accept the care and support she needed, she discovered she was one of many who had unwittingly neglected to prepare for the all-encompassing transformation of parenthood. Her desire to educate and support other families throughout their unique parenthood journeys led to the founding of Partum.
Stephanie is passionate about using data, evidence, and empathy to empower parents to approach the challenges and joys of parenthood with self-compassion, authenticity, and a sense of humor. On her days off, Stephanie can be found drinking [too many] espressos, aggressively weeding her garden beds, and attempting to parent her vibrant and very willful toddler.
